2.Only Amazon orders are supported for the purchase of the extended warranty for one year,no other platforms supported.

3.Please note the Amazon order number on notes box. Once the purchase is complete, the order will be checked and you will be notified by email of the extended warranty length.

4.For orders that do not comply with the rules, after verification, we will notify you by email and refund.

5.Please purchase within six months of the effective date of the warranty period; purchases made after six months do not support the extended warranty.

The following situations are not within the scope of service:

1. Damage caused by human and use in abnormal working situation

2. Users dismantle or modify camera without permission

3. Damage caused by other irresistible forces (such as floods, lightning strikes, earthquakes, abnormal voltages)

Q :Does the shipping cost include taxes?
