WARRANTY & RETURNS

1. Warranty Policy

We provide a 1year limited warranty for customers who have purchased Hiseeu products from Hiseeu website store:Hiseeu.com.

 

This 1year limited warranty is applied to Hiseeu products, including Hiseeu DVRs & NVRs,security cameras systems, security cameras, and accessories.

This warranty policy is not applied to the free gifts shipped from Hiseeu.

 

2. Return Policy

AReturn Policy for Products Purchased from Hiseeu

.Hiseeu is to provide our best product and service to you. We offer Free Return within 30 Days from the Original Purchase Date for Refund with or without Reason.

Beyond the 30 days, If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, or any other damage caused by the unintended use of the product, the customer must pay the return shipping costs as well as the tariffs caused.

You may receive a return label / return address / RMA code from Hiseeu RMA technicians after your request is authorized, you can use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation to ship your Returned Product back to Hiseeu warehouse, then send the screenshot of your receipt to us. If you don’t want to pay the shipping costs for us first, please let us know, we would be happy to refund the shipping costs to you before you return the product.

B).Return Policy for Products Purchased from a Third-Party

If the Hiseeu product that you have purchased from the third-party stores or vendors does not function to your satisfaction or does not apply to your installation, please contact the third-party store or vendor where the product was originally purchased for the return and refund policy. All the return and refund processes related to the Hiseeu products purchased from third-party stores or vendors are subject to the specific policies of the third-party stores or vendors. Please refer to the return and refund policy of the original store or vendor that you purchased your Hiseeu product for specific information. Hiseeu is not responsible for their refund and return.

 

3. Replacement Policy

Under our warranty policy, you can return the product for a replacement.

If the Returned Product is tested and found to be defective and covered by Hiseeu Limited Warranty, we will take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND including any return shipping costs.

Under any circumstance, Hiseeu isn’t responsible to any customs clearance and/or duty, tax, fees that are enacted by the shipping carriers.

Hiseeu will ship the replacement product within 2-3 business days.

4. Refund Policy

We will make a refund within 1-2 working days once the returned item is confirmed to arrive at our Hiseeu warehouse.
